ABOUT THE PROJECT

The primary objective of this project is to redesign and optimize GEICO's CRM emails after migrating them from the legacy platform. The aim is to enhance engagement, increase open rates, and drive conversions for GEICO's auto, boat, motorcycle, RV and other bundled insurance services.

THE CREATIVE BRIEF

Tone & Feel

The redesigned emails should reflect GEICO's brand personality — friendly, trustworthy, and tech-savvy. The tone should be informative yet conversational, guiding recipients seamlessly through their insurance journey.

Target Audience

Our target audience comprises existing GEICO customers and potential leads who have shown interest in auto insurance services. The audience spans diverse demographics but primarily consists of urban and suburban individuals aged 25-55.

Desired Action

Encourage recipients to interact with the emails by opening, clicking through to relevant sections (e.g., quote requests, policy updates), and taking desired actions (e.g., exploring discounts, contacting an agent).

Key Message

Communicate GEICO's commitment to offering personalized, efficient, and cost-effective auto insurance solutions through redesigned CRM emails with a smarter journey experience.

Brand Guidelines

Adhere to GEICO's brand colors, typography, and visual elements to maintain brand consistency and immediate recognition across all redesigned CRM emails.

Unique Selling Proposition

GEICO's redesigned CRM emails stand out with their user-friendly interface, personalized offers, and seamless navigation, aiming to offer a smarter insurance experience.

Key Competitors

Competitors in the insurance industry have enhanced their CRM strategies. Our redesigned emails aim to differentiate GEICO by focusing on user-centric designs and personalized content.

Additional Notes

Utilize A/B testing to optimize email layouts, subject lines, and content elements for improved performance. Align with legal team to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations throughout the redesign process.
